5/4/2023 — Enhanced Justworks Login Experience
We’re modernizing how you access your Justworks account with an updated login experience that’s seamless and secure. This update will roll out for all Justworks customers on May 4, 2023.
- A seamless, secure experience. The refreshed experience adds extra layers of security, like enhanced multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements and MFA prompts when updating sensitive information in Justworks–so you and your team can confidently manage payroll, benefits, HR tasks, and more knowing your data and privacy are protected. Plus, you can recover your username, reset your password, or change your MFA method(s) all in Justworks–an intuitive experience that makes account-related admin easier for your whole team.
- Foundation for single sign-on. We’re also setting the foundation for customers to log into Justworks using single sign-on (SSO) in the future, so you can spend less time remembering or entering multiple passwords across applications and more time growing your business.
Depending on your previous settings, you may need to set up or update your MFA method the first time you log in on or after May 4. We highly recommend you set up an authentication app (i.e., Google Authenticator or Okta Verify) as an MFA method, as it is the more secure option. You can do this by visiting Account Settings > Security/Log in in your Justworks account.
